Martial Arts and Fitness UK is Exeter's premier martial arts and fitness shop that includes a martial arts studio and gym for all styles to practice outside of their regular training.

The shop stocks a wide variety of products for many disciplines including karate and judo. They sell kung fu suits, mixed martial arts fight gear as well as skipping ropes, push up bars, kettle bells and much more. People with all styles and abilities are welcome to come and practice their chosen martial art. There is a punch bag room and matted areas to train and network with other styles.

This Exeter martial arts centre has a friendly, ego free environment and a great place to get in some extra practice before a grading or competition. Further details can be found on their website. The shop, studio and gym are open every weeknight 5.30pm until 10pm and Saturdays 10am until 4pm.
